How it works
- Pick a picture. A photo, a drawing or your pet. You can also make a video from text alone, without a picture.
- Write what should happen. Describe the scene, the movement and the camera, and type the words to be spoken in "What should they say?". The AI animates the photo and makes the person or animal in it talk.
- Download your video. A 5-second video with sound is usually ready in 2–3 minutes. Choose the right size for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or YouTube.

How do I make a photo talk?
Upload the photo, type the words in "What should they say?" and press "Make video". The person in the picture says them with matching lip movement, in the language you chose.
Is it free?
One video a day is free. Each further video costs 9.99 TL for Turkish numbers and $0.19 (charged in Turkish lira) for other countries. A video that fails gives you a free one.
How long are the videos, and in which sizes?
Videos are 5 seconds long and have sound. They come in 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Stories), 4:5 (Instagram, Facebook posts), 1:1 (square) and 16:9 (YouTube).
Can animals talk too?
Yes. Upload a picture of a cat, a dog or a cartoon character, type the words, and the animal or character in it talks.
Which languages can it speak?
Turkish, English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic. The words are spoken in the language you use the page in.
How long are my videos kept?
Videos are kept for at least 15 days and only you have the link. Your phone number and the creation date are written into every video file as metadata.
Can I use someone else’s photo?
Only with their permission. You are responsible for the videos you make and the pictures you use; do not make misleading, insulting or illegal content.
Videos are made on egevid.ai’s computers; a video usually takes 2–3 minutes and is kept for at least 15 days. Do not use other people’s photos without permission.
