3. Videolardaki meta veri

Ürettiğiniz her video dosyasına telefon numaranız, üretim tarihi ve video kimliği meta veri olarak yazılır. Videoyu paylaştığınızda bu bilgiler dosyayla birlikte gider.

Hukuki sebepler: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülüklerimiz ve meşru menfaatimiz (6698 sayılı KVKK m. 5/2 c, ç ve f).

5. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Videolar Türkiye'deki kendi bilgisayarımızda üretilir ve saklanır. Meta, Cloudflare, Hetzner, Google ve Apple üzerinden verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılır.

7. Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması

Yalnızca girişinizi hatırlamak için zorunlu bir oturum çerezi (egevid_session) kullanılır. Tema, dil ve hazırlanmakta olan videonuz tarayıcınızın kendi depolamasında tutulur. Reklam, analiz veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zararınızın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Avrupa Birliği'ndeki kullanıcılar GDPR kapsamındaki haklarını da kullanabilir. Taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine gönderin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

9. Verilerinizin silinmesi

Hemen silmek için: sitede veya uygulamada giriş yaptıktan sonra "Hesabı sil"e basın. Oturumlarınız, videolarınızın bağlantıları ve kalan haklarınız hemen silinir; video üretim bilgisayarındaki kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

Giriş yapamıyorsanız:

  1. [email protected] adresine "egevid veri silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve giriş yaptığınız telefon numarasını yazın.
  2. Numaranın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için o numaradan bize WhatsApp mesajı göndermenizi ya da numaranıza gönderdiğimiz kodu yanıtlamanızı isteriz.
  3. Doğrulamadan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde oturumlarınızı, videolarınızı, yüklediğiniz resimleri, yazdığınız açıklamaları ve numaranıza bağlı kayıtları sileriz ve size e-postayla bildiririz.

Yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (örneğin ödeme ve fatura kayıtları) yasal süre boyunca saklanır, sonra silinir. Daha önce indirip paylaştığınız videoların kopyaları ve içlerindeki meta veri bizim elimizde değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel tarih sayfanın başında yazar.

1. Who is responsible

egevid.ai is run by Emre Sensoy. For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

3. Metadata in videos

Your phone number, the creation date and a video ID are written into every video file as metadata. When you share the video, this information travels with the file.

4. Why we use it

Legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, art. 5/2 c, ç and f; for users in the EU, GDPR art. 6(1) b, c and f).

5. Who we share it with

Videos are made and stored on our own computer in Turkey. Through Meta, Cloudflare, Hetzner, Google and Apple your data is transferred outside Turkey.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We only use one necessary session cookie (egevid_session) to keep you signed in. Your theme, language and the video being made are kept in your browser's own storage. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are used.

8. Your rights

You may ask whether we process your data, ask for a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and ask for any damage to be remedied (KVKK art. 11; for users in the EU, the GDPR rights). Send requests to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

9. Deleting your data

To delete right away: sign in on the website or in the app and press "Delete account". Your sessions, video links and remaining credits are deleted at once; the copies on the computer that makes the videos are deleted within 30 days.

If you cannot sign in:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "egevid data deletion" and the phone number you signed in with.
  2. To confirm the number is yours, we ask you to send us a WhatsApp message from it or to reply with a code we send to it.
  3. Within 30 days of confirming, we delete your sessions, videos, uploaded pictures, the descriptions you wrote and the records tied to your number, and let you know by email.

Records we must keep by law (for example payment and invoice records) are kept for the legal period and then deleted. Copies of videos you have already downloaded or shared, and the metadata inside them, are not in our hands.

This policy may change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
